Community Wellbeing Session: Alzheimer’s Society – 29th May 2026

Join us on Friday, 26th June 2026, for our next Community Wellbeing Session as we welcome Activity for ME CIC, a community organisation dedicated to supporting people living with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), and other energy-limiting conditions.

This session will focus on raising awareness and understanding of ME and related conditions, while highlighting the importance of support, pacing, and community connection for those affected.

Living with an energy-limiting condition can present many challenges in everyday life, and this session aims to offer helpful insight into how individuals can access support and feel less alone in their journey.

About Activity for ME CIC

Activity for ME CIC is a community organisation committed to supporting people living with ME (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), and Long Covid.

The organisation provides practical guidance, support, and opportunities for people to connect with others who understand the realities of living with these conditions. Their work focuses on helping individuals manage their energy, improve wellbeing, and feel supported within a compassionate community.

Through education, peer support, and awareness initiatives, Activity for ME CIC aims to ensure people living with energy-limiting illnesses feel heard, understood, and supported.
