Join us on Friday, 26th June 2026, for our next Community Wellbeing Session as we welcome Peter Faye from Activity for Me CIC.

Through inclusive programmes, home workouts, community activities, and practical support, Activity for Me encourages people to become more active in a way that suits them and their lifestyle.
About Activity for Me CIC
Activity for Me CIC believes that being active should be achievable for everyone. Their mission is to remove barriers to physical activity and help people improve both their physical and mental wellbeing through movement.
Whether it’s through home-based exercise programmes, community activities, or practical advice, Activity for Me works with people of all ages and abilities, encouraging them to find enjoyable ways to become more active and build healthier habits.
