How Does Community Matters Work?
Waitrose Community Matters gives customers the opportunity to support local charities and community organisations by voting with a green token in store.
Customers can collect a green token at the checkout and place it in the section for the local cause they would most like to support.
At the end of the round, all three participating organisations receive a donation, with the amount determined by the number of votes received.
How Your Support Could Help SSG
Any funding we receive through Community Matters will help us continue supporting individuals and families across Sefton who may be experiencing serious illness, mental health difficulties, social isolation or other challenging circumstances.
Funding will help support services such as our counselling, complementary therapies, drop-in support and wider wellbeing activities, ensuring local people continue to have somewhere welcoming to turn when they need support.
