About Cooking with Liz C.I.C.
Cooking with Liz C.I.C. is a local social enterprise run by Liz, who is passionate about helping people — especially care leavers, young people, and families — to cook simple, nourishing meals without stress or expensive ingredients. With a background in community outreach and food education, Liz brings warmth, experience, and loads of practical tips to every session.
What Will Be Covered?
During the session, Liz will talk about the importance of food in our physical and emotional wellbeing. She’ll share real-life stories from her work in the community and provide advice on:
