During this informative session, Jo will explain some of the latest scams and share practical advice to help you recognise the warning signs and protect yourself, your family, and your finances.

Jo James is a Fraud Protect Coordinator with the CCR Economic Crime Team, working to raise awareness of fraud and help members of the public stay safe from financial crime.
Through community talks and educational sessions, Jo helps people understand how fraudsters operate, what warning signs to look out for, and the simple steps everyone can take to reduce the risk of becoming a victim.

During the session, Jo will discuss some of the most common types of fraud and scams affecting people today, including:
- Courier fraud
