Kooth is a free, safe, and anonymous online mental health and wellbeing service for children and young people aged 10–25 across Sefton. Available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, Kooth provides a welcoming digital space where young people can access professional support, self-help resources, and a caring community whenever they need it.
This session is an excellent opportunity for parents, carers, professionals, and anyone supporting young people to learn more about how Kooth works and how it can make a positive difference to young people’s mental health and wellbeing.

Kooth is a digital mental health service providing free, confidential support to young people aged 10–25 living in Sefton.
Young people can register anonymously without the need for a referral and immediately access a range of wellbeing tools, moderated peer support, self-help resources, and professional counselling. Qualified counsellors are available online every day until 10.00 pm, while the platform itself can be accessed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Kooth helps young people take control of their mental health in a safe, accessible, and supportive environment.
