About Life’s for Living
Life’s for Living, Sefton provides ADHD, Autism, and Neurodiverse Services across the borough — including workshops, awareness sessions, and peer support for both adults and parents of neurodiverse children. The service was born out of lived experience, offering a unique blend of practical guidance and emotional insight.
Mel is a SEND Practitioner with qualifications in Mental Health (FDA) and Health & Social Care (BSc Hons). With professional experience in SEND colleges and as a parent of neurodiverse children, Mel understands the journey many families face — and how to help them feel empowered, not overwhelmed.
