SSG in the Community

At Sefton Support Group, our mission is to enhance the wellbeing of our community members through comprehensive support services. We believe in nurturing the whole personโ€”physically, emotionally, and mentallyโ€”by offering a range of tailored services.

Physical Wellbeing

Our activities, like Tai Chi and wellness workshops, encourage physical activity and resilience, helping members achieve optimal health.

Emotional Wellbeing

Through counselling and support sessions, we provide a space for members to express their emotions and achieve a balanced state of mind.
