The National Lottery Community Fund – Awards SSG!
We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Sefton Support Group has been awarded funding from The National Lottery Community Fund to support our Community Wellbeing Sessions project! This grant is a huge boost for us and will enable us to deliver vital support to the people of Formby and surrounding areas over the next two years.
The project will focus on bringing people together through Community Meet Ups to reduce isolation and improve mental and physical health. We’ll also be running outreach sessions at various community venues to raise awareness about the support available.
