At Sefton Support Group, our Community Wellbeing Sessions continue to bring people together to learn, connect, and discover the support available within our community.

We are delighted to have three fantastic sessions coming up over the next few months, covering a wide range of topics including health and wellbeing, Liverpool history, and specialist bereavement support.

Whether you’re looking for practical advice, community connections, or simply enjoy learning something new, we hope you’ll join us.

Please note: Our Community Wellbeing Sessions are usually held on the last Friday of the month. However, July is a little different, as we have two fantastic events taking place on consecutive days. Join us on Thursday, 30th July 2026 for Doc and Doris – The Remarkable Chavasse Family, followed by our regular Community Wellbeing Session with 2wish on Friday, 31st July 2026.

Friday, 26th June 2026 – Activity for ME CIC

Our June session welcomes Activity for ME CIC, a community organisation supporting people living with ME, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), Long Covid, and other energy-limiting conditions.

This informative session will explore the challenges people face, the importance of pacing and energy management, and the support available to help individuals feel less isolated and more connected.

This special session is perfect for anyone interested in Liverpool history, military heritage, medicine, or remarkable local stories.
